Sunday, 9/18: Nicky USA's 11th annual Wild About Game culinary competition.
We're honored to once again partner with Nicky USA in stocking the competition pantry for this exciting event, held in Welches (Mt Hood) at The Resort at the Mountain. Wild About Game 2011 is open to both culinary industry professionals and the public, and is one of our favorite culinary events of the year.
