Reid and Eike, a husband and wife team that live in Portland and are part of the fishing families of Iliamna Fish Company, would like to offer you some of their fine sockeye salmon, to be fished this summer in the plentiful waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska.

Of the five Pacific salmon species, wild Alaskan sockeye salmon have the deepest color and the highest Omega-3 oil content, an essential fatty acid that has been proven* to fight heart disease. High in protein and the richest in fat content after chinook salmon, sockeye are also abundant with naturally occurring anti-oxidants.

The Iliamna Fish Co. fishing family is dedicated to providing the world's best wild salmon. In a domestic market starved for premium wild sockeye salmon, they offer the finest available. They fish completely by hand, using small, 50 fathom nets. The crew fishes out of 24 foot-long skiffs; small craft that preserve the quality of the catch, because it is not crushed under hundreds of tons of other fish, or roughly-harvested with industrial machinery. They carefully oversee the filleting and preparing of the fish for your table – they believe every fish should be a feast.
